Øen Kuldeteknikk has had a strong increase in deliveries throughout Norway. The need for collaboration partners in geographical areas that we do not normally cover has been reported.
In order to improve the level of service in Eastern Norway, we have chosen to buy into the Cold and Heating Centre. We strongly believe that this will be positive for both companies and look forward to this providing good synergy effects.
